Into The Smoke Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and to help back that up we are glad to refund your order if you end up changing your mind. All regular priced, unused products are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Customized products are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.

Return Process

To begin your return, First contact us at info@intothesmoke.ca to explain the reason for your return to verify eligibility. Upon approval you will then be required to return your order / product to IntoTheSmoke at your own expense.  Upon receiving your return we will inspect your order / product to verify its condition (only unused product is eligible for return) After our approval process is complete your refund will be issued, you can expect a refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. In the event an item that is sent back for return does not meet our return requirements, we will economy mail you back your item .

Your Refund

Upon successful completion of our return process your refund will be issued. Your total refund will be in the amount of your original purchase less shipping and processing charges.
